Booking Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your gaming or area hire.

Prices are stated on our website. 

You will be required to accept these booking conditions including our cancellation terms during the checkout process.
As outlined in our Privacy Policy we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
If you do not show up for your gaming or area booking payment will not be refunded.
We ask all our guests to arrive 15-30 mins before your game time, if you are running late then please get to us as soon as you can.

We can only hold your gaming area until the booked time.  After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we MAY be able to offer you a reduced period of time in your booked area and will do our best to accommodate you as best we can.

All payments are non-refundable.

Age Restrictions

Any under 18s must be accompanied at all times when in the venue in accordance with our premises licence. Play at Pins is strictly over 18s after 8pm.  We only accept under 18 groups after 12 noon on Saturdays if one of the party packages is purchased.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, payments are non-refundable.

Subject to availability we may be able to postpone your booking to another date and time as long as you give us at least 48 hours notice for group sizes under 15 guests.  We require a 7 days notice for groups of 15+ guests.
Please be aware that by completing your reservation, you are accepting our terms and conditions as detailed here.
Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional payment per additional guest and is subject to availability.
We may require a valid debit or credit card in the venue. If there is any damage to any equipment, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the repairs.
